The festival reclaims its former and better-known name, WINTERFEST, and focuses on producing events that brought success to the festival.
Swap Shop Circus Barge, complete with elephants, bears, acrobats and clowns as well as a Broward County Transit floating bus with teen idols Jennie Garth and Ian Ziering of Beverly Hills 90210 sitting on top are in the parade.
The Black Tie Ball and Blockbuster Bowl Reception attracts 700 guests entertained by the Four Tops.
