Each year we hold a mandatory “Captain’s Meeting” to share important procedures to keep the parade safe for all. This meeting also honors and thanks our parade participants; after all, we wouldn’t have a parade without the captains! It is an evening filled with food, music, fun and prizes, which is why you received this letter. We are collecting donations for door prizes (minimum $40 value) and bag stuffers for the 150 parade captains, volunteer control boat captains, coast guard, marine patrol and ham operators that help to create the “Greatest Show on H2O.”

In addition, Winterfest® also has the opportunity to promote your business at our Seminole Hard Rock Black Tie Ball. More than 850 prominent supporters, dignitaries and celebrities enjoy this spectacular event one week before the parade as an incentive. You and your company will receive additional promotions in our Black Tie Ball invitations and programs with each item donated to the auction.
