Broward Health is a public, non-profit hospital system governed by the North Broward Hospital District Board of Commissioners, a seven-member district board appointed by the Governor. The Board of Commissioners appoints the President/CEO, Legal Counsel and Internal Auditor. The President/CEO leads Broward Health’s Executive Team. The mission of Broward Health is to provide quality healthcare to the people we serve and support the needs of all physicians and employees.
