PARADE APPLICATION MUST BE PRE-APPROVED – ALL CAPTAINS MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH THE ROUTE. Email/Mail your application and proof of insurance.

By this online purchase, you hereby grant full permission to WINTERFEST, INC. to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of the event you are participating in for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising. Winterfest, Inc. (“Winterfest”) and their sponsors shall not be liable for any active or passive action or omission in connection with or resulting from the event and any activities related to, occurring around or in connection with the event or Parade.
