- Both applications must have a drawing or photo of what your parade
entry will look like
- ENTRY FEE includes participation in the parade with a boat number, a photo of your vessel in the parade and two tickets to the Winner's Circle. (if available and your entry is approved)
Remember
to mail your proof of insurance with the applications!
SKIPPER'S MEETING presented by and Plantation Boat Mart
Mandatory for all parade participants: MONDAY, DECEMBER 10th at 6 p.m.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All Applications must be received one week PRIOR to Skipper's Meeting. Any last minute entries cannot be guaranteed television commentary being forward to our show's producers or docking for staging! And remember:
- Staging on the New River for boat participants will begin as early as 4:30 p.m.

CONTROL BOAT - If you would like to be a CONTROL BOAT - please click and fill out the Control Boat Forms and mail them to the Winterfest office.Control Boats must attend at mandatory meeting hosted by Lauderdale Small Boat Club and Broward Amateur Radio Club. CONTROL BOAT MEETING IS WED., DECEMBER 5th.
JUDGING
Judging Area has changed to the Riverside Hotel . Along with the judges, our new host hotel will also be the location of our television broadcast with WSVN Channel 7 and Comcast Communications.

Anchoring Areas:
- New
River Cut - South of the turn at Bahia Mar.
- Northeast
side of the Las Olas Bridge.
- Southwest
side of Sunrise Bridge.
- Western
portion of Lake Santa Barbara - this is where the parade turns
around.
No
Anchor Zones
The New River will have no anchor zones and will close for boat traffic at 2:30 p.m. The other parade no anchor zone is Birch State Park. We will
be working with many law enforcement agencies and will also provide "control boats" (civilian boaters that have attended safety
traning and information seminars regarding the parade). Make sure
you are anchored by 4:00 pm as the Intracoastal Waterway will close
